Update on Banting.

I started the banting diet and followed it to the tiny details. For four weeks that I did it, I did not loose weight or cm, infact I ended up having GERD very badly.

So in short I just want to say that Banting is still new, it's not for everyone and does not work for everyone. It did not work for me but a little for my husband but he is not disciplined like I am.

So I left it and now just eating healthy, and next week I am going to join a weigh group, where you get to weigh yourself for more motivation.
