Banting...

So My husband and I started the Banting diet. the new healthy diet in South Africa and has been such a huge success among a lot of people.

This diet actually lifestyle consist of clean eating, such as no processed foods, no chemicals etc. so you basically cook everything from scratch. make your own sauces, own mayo, own herbs and spices even your own stock!!

I bought this book "The Real Meal Revolution". and started reading it and have done a lot of research on the banting so far. A lot of people just start banting but don't even know all the strict rules that apply. absolutely no startch no carbs; potatoes, corn, anything made with corn, rice etc. and all the bad fats you also have to cut out. Banting consist of only the good fats!



My husband and I both want to loose around 10kg before November for my friends wedding. and lets see how this diet works out for us.

I will be positing more research of my own and recipes that I get to make and share. :)

So to week 1.
