Valentines Date :)

Yes, I know! Some people dont like valentines! Well guess what? I do! 

I think relationships are very important. And at least once a month you need a valentines day! Yes you need to keep dating as if it is the first time, for those of you who have kids, you also need to break away and spend time with your husband, get to know each other again, listen to one another, talk, flirt, smile, laugh, have fun and mostly reconnect! 

I think its important to keep a healthy romantic relationship from the start, so one day when you have kids you keep on dating like always and its best for kids to see such healthy living relationships between parents. It keeps the bond stronger during difficult times. 

Valentines day is all about celebrating love! And why not!? 

Had an awesome night with my love! Had dinner @ Heat with awesome food and company! Love you babe. God Thank you for such a wonderful man! Amen. 

How we prayed for each other before we met.

This was one of my proof of God's blessings. And I feel the need to share this as it is personal but want to give those hope that is still searching for the lifelong soul mate!

Before we met, I was going through a difficult time, and prayed long and hard for happiness, someone to make me happy, true love, my soul mate. I wanted to feel out of my skin happy, someone that would hold me and I would feel peaceful and safe. I prayed about this everyday all day. I would ask desperately for God to help me find this person. Months went by, and I met Reino. It was completely unexpected!! As I stopped searching for him. 

Shortley after we started dating, I shared this with him, and he told me, that its amazing, he too prayed long and hard for  love, soul mate, someone to make him happy, someone that would stay and support him. 

This shows you that God knows when you in need! God listens to your prayers. God knows when is the right time, when is your moment. He handpicked someone out for you before you were even born! Dont settle for anyone less! Dont go looking for anyone, the right person will come to you, at the right time.  Remember that your time is not God's time! Follow Gods plan and you will end up with your soul mate. And the best thing is to not give up and keep praying, pray hard. God knows whats best for you, trust him! 

These are my bible verses to give you hope:

• For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. (Jeremiah 29:11-13 NLT)

 • Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you. (Psalms 37:4, 5 NLT)

• I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. (Mark 11:24 NLT)

Another story in the same line of this topic, I had this awesome friend (Eurica Marais), whom was lonely and wanted to badly to meet her guy, she met a lot of guys but was never right one. So I started praying for her, I knew she needed someone (I dont know if she knew I did pray for her) but I prayed for almost a year, she started working and got toooo busy to worry about guys, and there, on a day, she meets this guy, whom invites he for coffee, and they started dating! And its definetely her soul mate! They will be getting married one day for sure. God is really amazing in his way!
